General Terms & Conditions

Any and all transactions between Isle of Wraps Limited and its customers are subject to these terms and conditions:

  1. Vehicles must be delivered to our location clean and free from grease, oils, tar, ceramic coatings and wax.
  2. Poor surface paint. non-stable paint or old untreated clear coats will not allow the vinyl adhesive to stick properly and the adhesive may fail. It is the duty and responsibility of the owner of the vehicle to ensure suitability of the existing surface before it is wrapped. If during the installation the clear coat fails (i.e. peels off), Isle of Wraps Limited will not take responsibility for the damage to the coat/paint.
  3. To prevent delays, the client must bring the vehicle ready to be wrapped.
  4. In the event that Isle of Wraps Limited is asked to remove pre-installed vinyl that is installed by a company other than Isle of Wraps Limited, Isle of Wraps Limited will make every effort to remove the existing vinyl without damaging the surface, but will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the surface of the painted vehicle after removal. This is due to the fact that not all pre-installed vinyl films are designed to be removed. Isle of Wraps Limited only uses vinyl adhesives that are designed for automotive vehicle wraps. The vinyl adhesive that Isle of Wraps Limited uses is designed to be removable when the time comes to remove the graphics. The removal process will not damage the surface of the vehicle if the paintwork was in OEM / original factory painted, and if the clear coat over the paint was stable, properly maintained.
